I am responsible for 11 stores in NC, 5 in SC, and 8 in GA. Is your company able to service all of these locations?

In most cases, yes — we specialize in multi-unit programs and locations, offering the same consistent costs and quality across all sites.

Question 2

We just moved into our new location with new pavement. Should we seal it now?

Accepted Answer

Sealer should not be applied to new pavement until after the first 6 months. We recommend the first sealer application after the pavement is 1 year old, then resealed every 2–3 years.

Question 3

Our parking lot has lots of cracks running in all directions. Will sealing help this?

Accepted Answer

No. Cracks wider than 1/8" (about the width of a nickel) should first be sealed with hot pour crack sealer. Once that's done, the pavement can be sealed.

Question 4

Does sealing make the asphalt slippery?

Accepted Answer

No — not if the proper amount of sand is blended in with the sealer and it is properly applied.

We got three bids on sealing our lot and they varied by as much as 40%. Why?

We use top quality products along with fair prices, excellent service, and superior workmanship. We may not always be the least expensive, but we have many satisfied customers.

How often should a lot be re-striped?

Accepted Answer

Re-stripe as soon as lines aren't fully visible, or when you want your lot to look sharper than your competitors. Duration depends on location, weather, and traffic. Coastal locations may need re-striping and re-sealing more frequently.

Question 7

Does your company operate Monday through Friday only?

Accepted Answer

No. We try to schedule work when it least impacts the customer. We operate seven days a week unless prohibited by local or state law. We try not to work on Sundays, but sometimes we must to accommodate our customers.

Question 8

I manage multiple locations in five states and can't be on site each time. How can you help?

Accepted Answer

We have multiple operations in the states we service. Upon request, we will visit your location, estimate the work, and photograph it if needed. We then send estimates and photos to your email address or office.

Question 9

If we have a pothole, a broken concrete curb, and a bent sign pole, will I need three contractors?

Accepted Answer

No. We provide an array of services, saving you time to focus on other tasks.

Question 10

Does your company install those round posts in the asphalt or concrete?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We install posts for signage as well as protective bollards.

Question 11

We have two small potholes. Should we try to fix them ourselves or find someone local?

Accepted Answer

Our handicap parking sign was stolen. Are we responsible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The owner or tenant is responsible for handicap parking meeting ADA standards at all times — or they may face a penalty or fine for each space in violation for each day.

We have too many handicap parking spaces in the best spots. Can we remove a few?

Accepted Answer

Possibly. First, check local and state codes as well as ADA requirements. We can help you determine what's allowed.

What if I am not satisfied with your services?

Most likely you will be speaking directly to owner Claude Dill or someone who will contact him immediately. We treat complaints more seriously than a prospective contract. Our call-back rate is less than 1% — and our goal is 0%.
